What is the process of return or exchange of my products?
At Havamor, we are always focused to give you a quality product and that is of your choice. Having said that, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can mail us at email@example.com and we will proceed the return with further instructions over the email.
Note: Item(s) will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Internationally shipped orders are not eligible for returns unless it is incorrect product.
What is Havamor’s Exchange Policy?
In case you receive incorrect / damaged product, you can send it back to us within 15 days of the delivery of the product. As a next step we will either replace the product with another product of the same value, or will offer credit for a future purchase in the form of a voucher.
How do I send the product back?
Incorrect / Damaged product can be send back to us via any cost-effective courier company or registered post. Instructions and further detail will be sent to you by our team once you send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you arrange a pick up from my address?
We arrange reverse pick only in following cases
- Product damaged when received
- Product is defective in any way
Who will bear the returning cost of the product?
You will bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us.
If I receive a wrong / defective product. How to proceed?
You can send us images of the product at email@example.com. Our customer care will get back to you and will arrange a reverse pick up. Once we receive the product we will reimburse you in the form of Havamor voucher for future purchase.
What is the validity of reimbursed voucher?
It will be valid for 1 year from the issuance date.
What is the process of getting a refund on a ca celled order?
Yes you can get a refund on the cancelled order. You need to cancel the order within 1 hour of placing the order. Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
